Kaufman Center Announces International Youth Piano Competition

In June of 2013, Kaufman Center will inaugurate its first annual International Youth Piano Competition. Open to young pianists between the ages of 7 and 17, the competition will award cash prizes and give winners the opportunity to perform in the Winners Showcase Concert in New York’s prestigious Merkin Concert Hall. Participants will compete in three age categories: 7-9, 10-13 and 14-17. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
