The concert hall is completely wheelchair accessible from the entrance to your seat, as are our restrooms. Patrons requiring wheelchair locations or aisle seats should mention this to the box office when ordering tickets.
Lost and Found
Items left behind at Merkin can be reclaimed from our lost and found at the front desk. You may also call for lost items: 212-501-3308.
Services for the Hearing Impaired
Infrared listening systems in both the concert hall and the restrooms enhance the concert-going experience for our patrons who are hearing impaired.

Facilities are located on the orchestra and balcony level; both levels include separate ADA-accessible bathrooms.
Refreshments
The concessions stand offers wine, beer and snacks before concerts and during intermission.
