Box Office hours
Merkin Concert Hall’s box office is open Sunday – Thursday from 12 noon to 7:00 p.m, Friday 12 noon – 4 p.m (3 p.m. November – January), and one hour prior to the performance on Saturdays; with the box office remaining open until one half hour after curtain time on performance evenings. Merkin Concert Hall Box Office is closed on Jewish and National Holidays.

Ticket sales and information are available over the phone from our Box Office, open Sunday – Thursday from 12 noon to 7:00 p.m and Friday 12 noon – 4 p.m (3 p.m. November – January). (Please note: call volume is typically heaviest in the two hours after opening. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and we will return your call ASAP.) There is a $2 per ticket fee added to all orders done over the phone and online.

Student tickets are available in person at the Box Office and over the phone only. A valid student ID is required for pick up. Limit 2 tickets per ID unless otherwise indicated on the event page.
Senior Discounts
Senior tickets are available in person at the Box Office and over the phone only. A valid student ID is required for pick up. Limit 2 tickets per ID unless otherwise indicated on the event page.
