Concertante is a virtuosic chamber ensemble committed to collaboration, education, and innovation -- sharing a wide breadth of chamber music with diverse audiences. Throughout Concertante's 2012-13 season at Merkin Concert Hall, members of the ensemble's core string sextet will collaborate with great musicians and friends to present chamber music masterpieces, including the American premiere of the Dohnányi String Sextet, with an in-concert presentation by Dohnányi scholar Dr. Jay Grymes.
