Kaufman Music Center’s 2013 Spring Showcase concert in Merkin Concert Hall on May 2 at 7:30 pm features solo performances by Special Music School 8th graders and graduating seniors in the Center’s Young Artist Program as well as a collaborative performance of Corigliano’s Fern Hill by SMS’s Vox Nova Chorus and the Queens College Choir.
