Students will turn a story into a video play, participating in the writing, design and performance. Each week, there will be a live viewing party on Friday afternoon at 4:30 pm.
The daily schedule will vary somewhat, but will look something like this:
10:00-10:20 Group meeting, everyone on Zoom chat unmuted
10:20-11:00 First work session to develop script and cast
11:00-11:20 Break for students to work on lines, costumes, puppets, etc.
11:20-11:45 Second work session
11:45-12:00 Group meeting to assess progress and plan for tomorrow
The Thursday schedule will differ. Each student will have some one-on-one time with the director and then will film their portion of the video.
10:00-10:20 Group meeting, final readthrough and edits
10:20-11:00 Individual meetings with director, individuals will film themselves
11:00-11:50 Individuals will film themselves as needed
11:50-12:00 Final group meeting
On Fridays, the director will edit the final product. There will be a group viewing party at 4:30 pm.
