Dalcroze for Seniors: Creative Aging

Designed specifically for Seniors! Whether you have a life-long love of music or are curious to learn a little more about what makes music so enjoyable, this class will enrich your relationships with music. In Dalcroze Eurhythmics, students learn to move in simple and elegant ways to express what the music is communicating to them. This wonderfully social class incorporates work with partners and in groups. Music used in the class will include classical favorites and standards from the American Songbook. As an added bonus, Dalcroze Eurhythmics has been known to improve your balance and posture!
