Nashir! returns to the concert stage with songs of celebration and love. This year’s repertoire ranges from Renaissance pieces to modern music and includes text in Hebrew, Ladino and English. Ben Gruder conducts the ensemble. Nashir! is dedicated to performing Jewish music spanning centuries and continents. In residence at Lucy Moses School since 1975, Nashir! brings a sense of joy and passion to repertoire both spiritual and whimsical.
