All application materials must be submitted no later than 11:59 pm Eastern Time on February 1, 2026.
Application Fee: The $175 application fee must be paid in order for the application to be reviewed. Click here to submit the application fee online, or call (212) 501-3360.
Proof of Age (required): Email a copy of the applicant's passport or birth certificate to pianocompetition@kaufmanmusiccenter.org with the subject line "Last Name, First Name, application documents." Ages for each division are as of June 23, 2026.

PRELIMINARY ROUND VIDEO INFORMATION
Please read carefully before submitting your video links below.

2. Composer name and title of the piece must be provided with each link.
3. At least one video submission is required, and up to six are allowed.

SEMIFINAL & FINAL REPERTOIRE
Please list repertoire that you'll perform in the Semifinal Round (Prerecorded) and the Final Round (Live). Make sure to include timing for each piece. Repertoire changes for the Semifinal Round can be made by April 1, 2026. Repertoire changes for the Final Round must be made by May 15, 2026.

By participating in the Kaufman Music Center International Piano Competition, the student and parent/guardian authorize the making and use of any photos, videos or recordings of the student during his/her participation in the competition that Kaufman Music Center may make or authorize without compensation to the student or parent/guardian.
