Attendance Policies
ENSEMBLE ATTENDANCE
Because we have such a busy schedule and so many different performances throughout the year, it is important that we keep missed rehearsals to a minimum. If you need to be absent from a rehearsal, please submit an absence request via the form (CLICK HERE). We ask that you not miss more than three scheduled rehearsals per semester.
PRIVATE LESSON ATTENDANCE
You must let your teacher know at least 24 hours in advance of your lesson if you have to reschedule, unless it is a dire emergency. It is your responsibility to arrange makeup lessons with your teacher. If you do not give adequate notice, you are not entitled to a makeup lesson.
