Her discography includes the Complete Piano Works of Paul Chihara with the London Symphony (Naxos 2024) and music by Germaine Tailleferre (Music & Arts 2023). Dr. Nguyen is a graduate of The Juilliard School, Mannes College of Music, and the Graduate Center of CUNY; she is on the faculty of the Music Department/Hunter College, and the International Keyboard Institute & Festival. Composer Paul Chihara’s The Good Earth is a symphonic poem for solo piano based on music from Schoenberg’s incomplete sketches.
