Three acclaimed young performers join forces in a powerhouse trio. Pianist Evren Ozel, a 2023 Avery Fisher Career Grant recipient piano, combines fluent virtuosity with probing, thoughtful interpretations. Praised by Yo-Yo Ma for ”getting to the heart and soul of musical expression” and “drawing his audiences in with a great range of color and emotion,” violinist Nathan Amaral has won many international competitions and performed as soloist with the Boston Symphony Orchestra and the Philadelphia Orchestra. A laureate of many international competitions, cellist Leland Ko “plays with the beauty of sound and subtlety that we don’t often encounter in a cellist of his age,” says violinist Itzhak Perlman.
