A Celebration of the Famous Broadway Songs Featured on The Ed Sullivan Show — on Ed Sullivan's Birthday: Sept. 28! 

Many of Broadway's most famous musicals were broadcast into America's living rooms on Sunday nights at 8 PM on the long-running hit variety show hosted by Mr. Ed Sullivan. In fact, Sullivan helped popularize Broadway shows to the entire country to the tune — literally — of approximately 400 musical theater performances on his show!

At Merkin Hall, on Sullivan's 125th birthday, we're going to highlight a concert-full of those classic Broadway show tunes. Among the shows he highlighted to America were Camelot, West Side Story, My Fair Lady, Hair, Annie Get Your Gun, Man of La Mancha, Fiddler on the Roof, etc. The list is enormously extravagant!
