I've lost my paper tickets, what should I do?
Contact our Box Office at 212 501 3330. They can reprint your tickets and have them waiting for you at the will call window.

Mobile Tickets

Where are my mobile tickets?
When you purchased a ticket, you should have automatically received a ticket confirmation email with "Your Kaufman Music Center Mobile Tickets are Here!" in the subject line of the email. To find your tickets, simply search your inbox for "Kaufman Music Center" and you should find them. If you can't find them, please visit our box office, and they will be happy to print out your tickets for you.

Mobile Tickets are a convenient and sustainable way to receive tickets directly in your email inbox. When you're making your online purchase:

  1. Make sure "Mobile Tickets" is selected as your Delivery Method.
  2. After checkout, your Mobile Tickets will be sent to your email:
  3. When you arrive at Kaufman Music Center, please make sure your Mobile Ticket email is open and your phone's display brightness is set to maximum so we can scan everyone into Merkin Hall quickly.
  4. If you've purchased multiple tickets for an event, please scroll on your phone to allow our ushers to scan each QR code. 

Mobile Tickets Frequently Asked Questions

I've lost the email with my Mobile Ticket!
Not to worry! You can simply go to the box office and get a new ticket printed for you.

I'm bringing friends to the show, how can I give them their tickets?
You can forward the email or take a screenshot of their mobile ticket and share it with them. They'll need to present it to the ushers for entry.

Can I print out my Mobile Tickets?
Yes. Just make sure each QR code is completely visible in the printout and is not split between pages.

Merkin Hall Event Rules & Policies

  • PLEASE TURN OFF CELL PHONES AND OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES.
  • Latecomers may be seated at the discretion of the management.
  • The management reserves the right to (a) refuse admission to the concert hall, (b) request any ticket holder to leave the concert hall and take appropriate action to enforce this right.
  • Programs and artists are subject to change. No refunds or exchanges.
  • This performance may be photographed or videotaped for future broadcast. Pictures of the audience may be included. Your attendance at this event shall be deemed as your consent to have your image or likeness appear in any recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction of this event in whole or in part.
  • If you can’t attend the performance, please consider donating back your tickets. Their value may be tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. No refunds or exchanges.
