The week concludes with a final performance featuring all String Fest participants in Merkin Concert Hall. Students will take a field trip to the Mostly Mozart Festival at Lincoln Center or one of New York's other major cultural institutions.

String Fest is open to intermediate and advanced string players ages 10-18 as well as college-age musicians 18-23. Students are placed in orchestra or ensemble assignments according to age and playing level.
