Lucy Moses School is Manhattan’s largest community arts school, offering private instrument lessons and group classes in music, dance and theater to students of all ages and skill levels. Known for its excellent teachers and a nurturing, supportive environment, the school offers a broad range of programs including private instrument lessons, Early Childhood music classes, Suzuki, Dalcroze, dance, chamber ensembles, string ensembles, the Face the Music youth new music ensemble, musical theater, voice, theory and composition, summer camps and a Young Artist Program for advanced teen performers. Group Instrumental Classes
Small group lessons can be an ideal way to try out an instrument. With plenty of individual attention, young children become familiar with their instrument and begin playing simple pieces as preparation for private lessons. Group instruction is offered in guitar, piano and voice.
