Christine Yoon

She joined Lucy Moses School of Music @ Kaufman Music Center since 2002 as a piano and chamber music faculty. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at CUNY, The City University of New York at Queensborough since 2009 and appointed as an Adjunct at LaGuardia Community College/CUNY as of SPRING 2018. She has established as an outstanding pedagogue, educator, musician, and known for her absolute dedication to her students for many decades by instructing the most diverse communities here in NYC metropolitan area. Former teaching positions included but not limited to the faculties of Concordia College Prep, 92nd Street-Y, Spence School, Turtle Bay Music School, Third. Street Music School, Henry Street Music School, and at numerous summer festivals. She has served on the board and as a Chair for Young Pianists Honor Program for Piano Teachers Congress of NY during 1996-2003. She received her B.M., and M.M., degrees from the Peabody Conservatory of Music of The Johns Hopkins University under Julian Martin, a current Juilliard Professor.
