World Drumming Workshop (July 17-21)
Explore various techniques for playing drums from African and Latin-American cultures! Build communication and listening skills while improvising and interacting rhythmically in a drumming ensemble.
Dance Camp (Aug 7-11 & 14-18)

Our Dance Camp introduces girls and boys ages 9 through 17 to several forms of dance, including ballet, jazz and Broadway, hip hop, and lyrical.

Talented young violinists, violists and cellists each August for an intensive week of music-making, fun and friendship. All-day sessions feature chamber orchestra or ensemble and sectional group instruction as well as masterclasses, workshops or performances by faculty and guest artists. The week concludes with a final performance in Merkin Concert Hall.
Dalcroze Summer Intensive (Aug 14-18 & 21-25)

The Summer Intensive offers adult students the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Dalcroze method, which includes studying rhythm, pitch and harmony through creative movement and physical, vocal and instrumental improvisation. Summer Intensive classes can lead towards Dalcroze certification at the Certificate and License levels.
Sight-Singing (various dates)
If you love to sing and want to join a choir, pursue solo work or just get a solid grounding in musicianship, these music-reading classes are a must. Using repertoire of all styles as a base, adult students progress rapidly, gaining a practical understanding of music theory and compositional techniques along the way. All classes are taught by Liz Fleischer, hailed by New York Magazine as "one of New York's great teachers" and The New York Times as "a teacher who gets results."
Jazz Ensembles (Various dates)
Directed by celebrated jazz guitarist Roni Ben-Hur, this unique program is designed for adult singers and instrumentalists of all levels, from beginners to advanced students.
