Prodigiously talented fifteen-year-old pianist Emily-Jane Luo presents an evening of transcendent virtuosity, featuring Liszt transcriptions of beloved Schubert songs alongside Brahms' epic Variations on a Theme of Paganini. Rounding out the program are etudes by Rachmaninoff and the majestic opening of Bach's C Minor Partita. Winner of first prizes in numerous international competitions, Luo has performed to acclaim in concert halls around the world, and makes her New York recital debut with this thrilling program.
