This weekend retreat offers adults the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Dalcroze method – a process for awakening, developing and refining innate musicality through rhythmic movement as well as physical, vocal and instrumental improvisation. Musicians and music teachers with previous Dalcroze experience hone their skills in eurhythmics, solfège, improvisation and Dalcroze pedagogy. The retreat is a great opportunity to prepare for examinations that can lead to Dalcroze credentials at the Certificate and License levels. Gain valuable experience and feedback in a relaxed environment as you practice with your peers.

“I was surprised by how much I learned in such a short amount of time.” – Kaufman Music Center Student
