This class is designed for adults of all skill levels, from novices to those who have years of dance experience. Classical ballet technique will be introduced and the focus will be on building strength, mobility, coordination, alignment, flexibility, and joy of dance. In addition to physical benefits, the students may find that dance is a great stress reliever and memory and creativity booster.
Adult Dance & Movement classes are also available on a drop-in basis! Per-class rate is $20 and can be payable at the front desk.
